Puff Pastry Rolls with Minced Meat, Quick and Easy

- 1 pack Puff pastry
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- Salt; pepper
- Roll out the puff pastry. Mix all remaining ingredients together, season and distribute evenly on the puff pastry. Roll into a roll, cut into snails and bake on the tray for 15-20 minutes. It goes well with salad, or just tea.
