The perfect puff pastry rolls with minced meat, quick and easy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Puff pastry
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • Salt; pepper
  1. Roll out the puff pastry. Mix all remaining ingredients together, season and distribute evenly on the puff pastry. Roll into a roll, cut into snails and bake on the tray for 15-20 minutes. It goes well with salad, or just tea.
