Minced meat pan with corn flakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can corn on the cob (4 pieces)
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and slice the spring onions. Boil the corn on the cob in water with a little sugar. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the spring onion rings and continue frying. When the minced meat is nice and crispy, season generously with salt, pepper, and both paprika powders. Season generously; it’s very important! Remove the corn on the cob from the cooking water and cut into small slices. Add the corn rings to the minced meat pan. Then divide the corn on the cob among four plates and top each with a generous dollop of crème fraîche.
