Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 clove(s) garlic, (squeezed)
- 1 onion(s) (diced)
- ½ pack of feta cheese (diced)
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 1 tbsp sour cream or creme fraiche
- Salt
- pepper
- Herbs (oregano, thyme)
- possibly chili powder, depending on how spicy you want it
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat in oil until crumbly. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add the crème fraîche or sour cream and ajvar paste, and season to taste. Finally, add the feta cheese and let it melt until nice and creamy. Serve with baguette and salad.
