Minced leek and corn pan with sour cream à la Manu

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the mixed minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in oil until crumbly and brown. Add the finely chopped leek and fry. When everything is cooked, add the corn. Stir in the sour cream, simmer briefly, and season to taste. This dish goes best with boiled or boiled potatoes.
