Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced turkey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 zucchini
- ½ can corn
- 1 bag of rice
- 200 ml vegetable stock

Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Fry the ground turkey until crumbly and season with pepper, salt, curry powder, and paprika. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Add the onions to the meat and fry briefly. Add the vegetables and corn. Stir in the vegetable stock and simmer until most of the stock has evaporated. Remove the rice from the water in good time and drain. Either stir the rice into the pan or garnish it on top of the minced meat and vegetable mix.
