Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- some salt
- 250 g flour
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pack of tomatoes, chopped
- Salt
- pepper
- some sugar
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- 600 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 40 g butter
- 100 g cheese (Gruyere, grated)
- ½ bunch parsley, (chopped)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix eggs, milk, 1/8 l water, and 1 pinch of salt. Add flour and mix to a smooth batter. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Dice onions and garlic. Sauté half of the onions in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until translucent. Add tomato pieces and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes. Sauté the remaining onions and garlic in the remaining oil. Add the minced meat and fry. Stir in tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Use the batter to make 8 pancakes in batches. Spread the minced meat on top, roll up, and place in a baking dish. Pour on the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
