Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g sour cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 500 g puff pastry, frozen
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat with the diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lay the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread the fried minced meat on top. Sprinkle the cheese over the minced meat. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream and spread it over everything. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
