Mixed salad with tuna dressing

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 class jar Miracel Whip Balance
  • 150 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 1 pack of herbs, 8-herb mixture (frozen) or fresh herbs
  • Salt and pepper, white lemon juice or some vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Sugar
  • 1 can of tuna

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Wash and finely chop the iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumber (peel them), and deseed the cucumber if desired. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Arrange the salad in a bowl and toss, then arrange the onion rings on top. Mix the dressing together using Miracle Whip, yogurt, crushed garlic, herbs, and the drained, shredded tuna. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice or vinegar. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. Mix thoroughly before serving. Delicious with: Grilled meat, baguette, or other fresh white bread. If you like, you can add sliced ​​cooked ham, grated cheese, boiled eggs, or even corn. If you prefer a generous amount of dressing on your salad, increase the amount of yogurt and perhaps use a little more Miracle Whip.
