simple
Remove the pizza dough from the package, place half on the bottom of a greased springform pan, cut the other half into strips, and use them to line the sides of the pan. If you like, you can sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the base to prevent the crust from getting soggy after baking. Dice the onions and fry them with the ground beef. Season with ajvar, salt, pepper, and chili. Dice the zucchini and bell pepper and sauté them in the pan. If you like, you can of course add any other vegetables to your taste. Turn off the heat and finely dice the feta cheese and mix it into the minced meat mixture. Beat the eggs briefly, stir in the sour cream and grated Emmental cheese, and mix this cream into the minced meat mixture. Pour everything onto the prepared pizza dough and bake at 210°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for 30 minutes. I serve it with a salad. Tip: Tastes best fresh from the oven, but is also an idea for a cold buffet.
