Minced meat pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • Salt
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 400 ml water, optionally a little more
  • Fat, for greasing
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Marjoram or pizza spice mix
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 4 tomato peppers, pickled
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • White pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt
  • oregano
  • 300 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, water, and salt. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes. Grease a baking sheet or line it with nonstick baking paper. Roll out the dough. Season the minced meat with tomato ketchup, marjoram or the pizza seasoning mix, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Spread it evenly over the dough. Cut the tomato peppers into thin strips (or buy pre-cut ones) and arrange them on top. Peel and slice the tomatoes. Arrange them on the pizza. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 40 minutes.
