Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 bread roll, soaked
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp oregano, dried
- some salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- 4 tomatoes
- 400g mozzarella
- some fresh oregano for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Add the eggs, tomato paste, oregano, and the squeezed bread roll. Knead everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Line a 32 cm springform pan with baking paper and spread the minced dough evenly. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for approximately 35-40 minutes. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and, after 15 minutes of baking, scatter them over the minced meat and finish baking. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
