Minced meat pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or beef
  • 2 large onions
  • some oil
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the onions and washed leeks into half rings. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry, then add the leeks and simmer over low heat. Add the tomato paste, mustard, salt, and paprika. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and sauté for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the sour cream just before serving. Serve with rice or potatoes.
