Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g cucumber(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 4 spring onions
- 2 small carrots
- Parsley, dill
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tsp sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and deseed the cucumbers, halve, and slice them. Brown the ground beef and add the sliced cucumber. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze with stock. Simmer for 10 minutes. Chop the spring onions and carrots and add them to the pan after about 5 minutes. Season with chopped dill and parsley and add the cream. If necessary, thicken with the sauce until smooth. Bring everything to a boil and serve with rice. A fruity Italian white wine goes well with this dish.
