Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into strips
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ liter sour cream

Briefly sauté the chopped onions in heated oil and butter in a frying pan. Then increase the heat and add the minced meat to the pan. Stir with a large fork until the meat is lightly browned. Reduce the heat to low and add the trimmed and sliced ​​leeks, tomato paste, stock, mustard, and seasonings to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Pour the sour cream over the meat just before serving. Serve hot with cooked pasta or rice. Tip: This dish freezes well, but only add the sour cream after thawing and warming.
