Minced meat – puff pastry – pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some garlic
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 400 g feta cheese or Gouda
  • 200 g sour cream
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, remove the puff pastry from the package so it can thaw. In the meantime, slice the onions into half rings and fry them in a pan with the minced meat. Then add a little garlic and the spices (to taste). Then mix the tomato paste with the minced meat. Roll out the puff pastry evenly and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the minced meat from the pan on top. Crumble or grate the feta or Gouda cheese and mix it with the sour cream or sour cream. Add a little milk to make the mixture a bit creamier. Spread this milk over the minced meat on the puff pastry. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at around 250°C (electric) for about 30 minutes.
