Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, beef and pork mixed
- salt and pepper
- 1 large onion(s)
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 large bell pepper(s)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- ¼ liter cream
- 1 cube of meat broth
- 2 glasses of white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Minced meat with paprika and cream sauce
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion and season with salt and pepper. Pick small pieces and fry in hot oil until crispy brown (preferably in smaller batches). Add the deseeded and sliced bell pepper and the finely diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil briefly, then sprinkle with the flour and paprika, stir, and add the white wine. Simmer for about 5 minutes and then pour in the cream. Season to taste with the meat stock cube.
