Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 cups rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ liter of water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. Fry the ground beef until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and both types of paprika to taste. Pour water over the ground beef. Then add the vegetable stock cube, soy sauce, and rice. Simmer until the rice is cooked and the water has evaporated. Serve hot. Tips: You can also use instant broth instead of the vegetable stock cubes. I replaced the regular rice with wild rice last time, and it was also delicious.
