Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 rolls, for baking
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (minced meat seasoning salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the rolls in half. Mix the ground meat, cheese, onions, bell peppers, garlic, and seasonings in a bowl. Then spread the rolls with the minced meat mixture. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
