Preparation: Soak the bread roll in water. Peel 1 onion and chop finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Halve 1 red bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice finely. Wash the mixed bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and cut into 1 cm pieces. Roughly chop the remaining onions. Preparation: Lightly squeeze the bread rolls. Mix with the minced meat, mustard, egg, diced onion, parsley, and red bell pepper, and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Form the mixture into rolls about 7 cm in diameter, tapering at the ends. Wrap each roll with 1 or 2 slices of bacon. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls. Remove from the pan and deglaze the pan with stock and cream. Season with salt, pepper, and green pepper. For the side dish, heat oil in another pan, sauté the bell pepper and onion, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Serve the rolls with vegetables and sauce. Tip: We like it with mashed potatoes
