  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 rolls
  • 3 medium-sized onions, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow

Dice the onions and soak the bread rolls in water, then squeeze them dry. Mix together the minced meat, eggs, onions, and soaked, squeezed-out bread rolls. Line the oven tray with baking paper and spread the minced meat evenly. Cut thin strips from the eggplant skin (cut off the white inside, leaving only a thin layer), and the yellow and red peppers. Arrange them on the minced meat base as a German flag, so that you can cut small rectangles after baking. Bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes. Caution: Liquid will form, which should be absorbed with kitchen paper after 15 minutes.
