Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup of cream
- 50 ml honey
- salt and pepper
- lots of garlic to taste
- n. B. sauce thickener (Mondamin), lighter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the ground beef in a heated pan. Deglaze with cream and honey. Season with plenty of garlic to taste, salt, and pepper. Thicken with light Mondamin if desired. It tastes great with pasta and is quick to make. The amount depends on your hunger and taste. Feel free to experiment.
