Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- some parsley
- Salt
- pepper
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix everything except the oil and let it sit in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. Press the meat mixture firmly around wooden skewers. Cook thoroughly on all sides in a pan or on the grill. Serve with rice or salad.
