Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g steak(s) (pork neck steak(s)), natural, approx. 6 pieces
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander, crushed
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
First, place the meat in a large enough bowl. Then, sprinkle the seasoning over the meat and add the oil last. Mix the meat thoroughly to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed throughout the meat. Cover the steaks and let them marinate, preferably overnight in the refrigerator (at least 2-3 hours). Then, grill the steaks as usual.
