Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 2 large onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1,500 ml broth (vegetable)
- 2 pts. cream cheese spread
- 2 pts. processed cheese (herb)
- 1 jar of ajvar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the minced meat and onions in oil until crumbly. Then add the stock and all the other ingredients. Bring everything to a boil.
