Minced meat soup with melted cheese and ajvar

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1,500 ml broth (vegetable)
  • 2 pts. cream cheese spread
  • 2 pts. processed cheese (herb)
  • 1 jar of ajvar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the minced meat and onions in oil until crumbly. Then add the stock and all the other ingredients. Bring everything to a boil.
