Minced meat stew with green beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 gr. can/n beans (sharpened beans)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot or chili powder
  • Broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat with onions. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika or chili. Add the tomato paste and fry for a while longer. Then add the broad beans and their liquid. Crush the garlic and add it. Season to taste. If you prefer a thinner dish, add a little more stock. Serve with Turkish flatbread or French white bread.
