Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of toast
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead the minced meat with garlic, egg, and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper. Cut the toast slices into quarters and spread with the minced meat mixture. Heat oil in a pan and briefly fry the toast pieces, meat side down first, then turn over. Once lightly browned on both sides, drain the toast pieces on kitchen paper and serve warm immediately. Suitable as a snack or warm appetizer.
