Minced meat toast with pickles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • pepper
  • onion(s)
  • Ketchup or barbecue sauce
  • 16 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the gherkins into small cubes. Combine the ground beef, gherkins, mozzarella, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl. Place the slices of toast on a wire rack and spread with ketchup or barbecue sauce, if desired. Spread the ground beef mixture on top and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
