Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,500 g minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 1 roll
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 300 g cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 5 onions
  • possibly garlic
  • possibly chili powder
  • possibly parsley
  • Spices)
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

To make the meatball dough, combine the minced meat with the finely chopped onions, diced bell peppers, diced cheese, eggs, and soaked bread rolls. If desired, you can also add garlic, chili, and parsley. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Then prepare the topping: In a bowl, combine the sour cream, heavy cream, tomato paste, and chili sauce with the mushrooms. Thinly slice the onions and sauté briefly, then stir in. Spread the topping over the minced meat. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 45 to 60 minutes. This is a party dish that’s easy to prepare. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread or baguette. The rest is also delicious cold.
