Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 250 g quark
- 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
- 1 bunch chives, freshly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Master meatballs à la Melanie
Knead all ingredients together thoroughly, either by hand or with a dough hook. Form the meat dough into nice little meatballs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
