Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice (e.g. Basmati)
  • salt water
  • 400 ml tomato(s), chopped with herbs
  • 400 ml tomato sauce of your choice
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 450 g vegetables (farmer’s vegetables, frozen)
  • 1 tsp curry
  • some curry
  • 2 shots of soy sauce, Indonesian
  • 280 g tartar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

to yellow rice

Cook the rice in salted water with 1 teaspoon of curry powder. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion. Pour the soy sauce into a pot and fry the onions with the tartar. The tartar should be crumbly. Then add the vegetables and the tomato pieces and cook until tender. Season to taste with a little curry powder. Pour in the tomato sauce, mix everything well, and serve with the rice.
