Sucuk – Curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 sausages (Sucuk, Turkish garlic sausage)
  • 2 zucchini, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, diced
  • ¾ liter curry sauce
  • 250 g rice
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Turkish sausage curry

Remove the skin from the sucuk and cut into small cubes. Deseed and dice the zucchini and bell peppers. Heat a little olive oil in a large pot and fry the sucuk. Add the bell peppers and fry. Stir in the curry sauce. Now add the zucchini and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, add the rice. The rice will also take about 20 minutes to cook. Transfer the rice to a deep dish, top with the sucuk curry, and serve.
