Minced Meat Wrapped in Ham
The perfect minced meat wrapped in ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Minced meat
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika powder

- 2 small Red peppers
- 0,5 Red chilli pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Grated cheese
Ham, eggplant and zucchini coating
- 10 Discs Bacon
- 10 Discs Zucchini
- 10 Discs Aubergine
Minced meat
- Mix the minced meat with the egg yolks and breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

- Wash the peppers and chili peppers, remove the seeds, peel the onion and cut everything into cubes
- Heat some oil in a pan and braise the paprika vegetables in it
Ham and eggplant – zucchini coating
- Wash the aubergine zucchini and cut into thin slices.
- Place 5 pieces crosswise on top of each other and season with salt. Do the same with the bacon
- Now put a little minced meat in the middle and spread some of the paprika vegetables and cheese on top.
- Fold aubergine zucchini or bacon over the minced meat and place in a baking dish. If necessary, fix the strips with toothpicks
- Now from that in the 180 c. warm oven for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, I’ve steamed the rest of the vegetables
Serving
- Put the vegetables on a plate, place minced packets on top and serve with potatoes.
