Hearty Pea Soup in Style of My Homeland

  • 200 g Bacon in one piece

  • 2 Discs Kasseler
  • 100 g Leek cut into rings
  • 150 g Diced carrots

  4. Now take out the bacon. He was only there to give off a taste. But if you like, you can also dice it and add it to the soup.
  5. Finally add the sausage slices and the smoked pork pork. Let everything simmer gently for another 15 while stirring and seasoning to taste.
