Mini Cake in Waffle Cup

The perfect mini cake in waffle cup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 packages 16 ice cream cone cups with chocolate / stand with ice cream or liqueur
  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 180 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Also for the decoration:
  • Light and dark couverture
  • Colorful sprinkles
  • Colorful crispies
  • Zuckersmilies Käferchen ect.
  • Parchment paper
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the ice cream cones on it. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder, sift onto the ice cream and stir in quickly.
  3. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a star or perforated nozzle. Fill 2/3 of each waffle with batter. Bake in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes, possibly making a stick test. Take out and let cool.
  4. Melt the couvertures according to the instructions, dip the waffles and decorate as you wish.
