Mini Cake in Waffle Cup
The perfect mini cake in waffle cup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 packages 16 ice cream cone cups with chocolate / stand with ice cream or liqueur
- 150 g Soft butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 180 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Also for the decoration:
- Light and dark couverture
- Colorful sprinkles
- Colorful crispies
- Zuckersmilies Käferchen ect.
- Parchment paper
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the ice cream cones on it. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder, sift onto the ice cream and stir in quickly.
- Fill the dough into a piping bag with a star or perforated nozzle. Fill 2/3 of each waffle with batter. Bake in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes, possibly making a stick test. Take out and let cool.
- Melt the couvertures according to the instructions, dip the waffles and decorate as you wish.
