Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cocoa
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Icing sugar
- 1 cup Grated almonds or hazelnuts
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
Instructions
- Grease a 26 cm springform pan and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Put the mug of sour cream in a bowl and then simply measure all the other ingredients with the mug and add them. Mix well with the eggs, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
- Fill into the mold and into the tube for about 60 minutes.
- It's already done. Let cool down a bit and dusted with icing sugar, serve lukewarm. It couldn't be easier 🙂 Also practical when a spontaneous visit is announced.
