  • 1 cup Cocoa
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Icing sugar
  • 1 cup Grated almonds or hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 26 cm springform pan and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Put the mug of sour cream in a bowl and then simply measure all the other ingredients with the mug and add them. Mix well with the eggs, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  • Fill into the mold and into the tube for about 60 minutes.
