Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 cookies (Oreo)
- 40 g wheat flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 40 g sugar
- 20 g butter or margarine, soft
- 1 egg(s) (size M)
- 2 tbsp milk
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
suitable for a small baking pan, with original Oreo cookies, all-in-one dough
Preheat the oven to 180°C (conventional) or 160°C (fan-assisted). Combine the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies, and mix with a mixer, first on low speed, then on high. Roughly crush the cookies and fold in about half. Pour the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle with the remaining cookies. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.
