Mini Nut Breads or Rolls

- 175 ml Milk lukewarm
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 50 g Sugar
- 425 g Flour
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 70 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 bottle Butter-Vanilla baking flavor
- 60 g Nut mix
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Roughly chop the nuts. Process all ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth dough and let rest for 45 minutes.
- Knead the dough again and divide into 9-12 pieces and grind / shape into rolls. Can also be baked very well in silicone muffin tins (but then divide into 12-15 pieces and bake for only 15 minutes). If it is to be a large loaf, form a loaf of bread. Let the dough pieces rest on a baking sheet for 35 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° convection. Brush the rolls with milk and bake for 20 minutes. If it is to be bread, brush it with milk, but bake for 35-40 minutes.
