Bruschetta Bread with Difference

The perfect bruschetta bread with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Quark-Oil dough:
  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Quark
  • 100 ml Garlic oil
  • 1 Pc Egg
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tl Herbs fresh or dry
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • For the bruschetta:
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 500 g Tomatoes about 4 pcs.
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp Garlic oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Half the amount is enough as a starter for 4 people. We always have this as the main course for lunch and that’s a flat cake for everyone.
  1. Wash the rocket and pluck the thick stalks and spin dry. Dice tomatoes and onions. Finely chop the garlic. Put tomatoes, onion, garlic and oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. To let go. Please fold in the rocket just before serving, otherwise it will wilt.
  1. Put all the ingredients for the quark and oil dough in a bowl and process into a smooth dough. Divide into 4 pieces and roll out each round. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the flatbreads for 15 minutes.
  1. Take the finished bread out of the oven and quarter it. Fold the rocket into the bruschetta and distribute it on the 4 loaves of bread and serve while it is still hot.
