Bruschetta Bread with Difference
The perfect bruschetta bread with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Quark-Oil dough:
- 500 g Flour
- 250 g Quark
- 100 ml Garlic oil
- 1 Pc Egg
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 2 Tl Herbs fresh or dry
- 1 packet Baking powder
- For the bruschetta:
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 500 g Tomatoes about 4 pcs.
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp Garlic oil
- Salt pepper
- Half the amount is enough as a starter for 4 people. We always have this as the main course for lunch and that’s a flat cake for everyone.
- Wash the rocket and pluck the thick stalks and spin dry. Dice tomatoes and onions. Finely chop the garlic. Put tomatoes, onion, garlic and oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. To let go. Please fold in the rocket just before serving, otherwise it will wilt.
- Put all the ingredients for the quark and oil dough in a bowl and process into a smooth dough. Divide into 4 pieces and roll out each round. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the flatbreads for 15 minutes.
- Take the finished bread out of the oven and quarter it. Fold the rocket into the bruschetta and distribute it on the 4 loaves of bread and serve while it is still hot.
