Elderberry Apple Pie

  • 130 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 4 cl Elderflower syrup
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 200 g Flour
  • 40 ml Milk
  • 3 Apples
  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 cl Elderflower syrup
  • 200 g Flour
  1. 1) Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Grease the mold and preheat the oven to 150 °.
  2. 2) Mix a dough from butter, sugar, syrup, eggs, salt, baking powder, flour and milk and spread it into the mold.
  3. 3 Spread the apples on the dough. Knead a dough from the ingredients and spread it on the apples.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
