Elderberry Apple Pie

- 130 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 4 cl Elderflower syrup
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Pr Salt
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 200 g Flour
- 40 ml Milk
- 3 Apples
- 150 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 4 cl Elderflower syrup
- 200 g Flour
- 1) Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Grease the mold and preheat the oven to 150 °.
- 2) Mix a dough from butter, sugar, syrup, eggs, salt, baking powder, flour and milk and spread it into the mold.
- 3 Spread the apples on the dough. Knead a dough from the ingredients and spread it on the apples.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
