Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 large pork roulades
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 8 slices of processed cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp broth, granulated
- Mustard
- some flour
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Divide the roulades in half, season with salt and pepper, and spread with mustard. Place half a slice of cooked ham and half a slice of processed cheese on top of the seasoned roulades. Roll up the roulades and secure with a toothpick. Add a little oil to a pan and fry the roulades until golden brown. Once browned, remove the roulades from the pan and, in the same pan, make a dark roux with a little flour. Deglaze the roux with water until a creamy sauce forms. Stir the granulated stock and 2 slices of processed cheese into the sauce. Add the roulades and simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes. Season the sauce to taste before serving, adding a little more granulated stock if desired.
