Ingredients
for covering:
- 250 g Rhubarb
- 250 g Apples
for the dough:
- 100 g Butter

- 110 g Spelt flour or wheat flour
- 25 g Food starch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Milk

- 40 g Sugar
- 40 g Butter in flakes

Instructions
