Meatballs with Yogurt Vegetables

- 150 g Ground beef
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 Pc. Red pepper
- 0,5 Pc. Cucumber
- 150 g Yogurt
- 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Food starch
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh dill
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead the minced meat, onion and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into balls and fry brown all over in hot oil.
- Wash the paprika and cucumber and remove the core from the paprika. Strip the bell pepper and cut the cucumber into thick slices.
- Blanch the vegetables in the boiling broth for about 3 minutes. Stir the yogurt and cornstarch until smooth and use it to thicken the broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Wash the dill, shake dry and finely chop. Then mix with the vegetables. Arrange on a plate and decorate with a dill flag.
