Mini sandwiches

The perfect mini sandwiches recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • White tuna in olive oil
  • Cream of sour cream
  • Prickly pear
  • Physalis
  • Pumpernicle
  • Lemon pepper
  • Smoked fleur de sel
  • Espelette pepper
  • Toast
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Cheese to taste
  1. Put all the ingredients according to the list of ingredients (except the toasted bread) in the order of the pictures in a blender.
  2. At the very end, when all the ingredients are ready, start toasting the toast slices. Cut them into small triangles.
  3. Place a suitable piece of iceberg lettuce on each of the triangles. Now alternate with cream and cheese (I prefer a light Camenbert) to put together the sandwich. Chopsticks to fix – the Startup Welcome Sandwich for New Year’s Eve is DONE.
