Mini tart with minced meat and mozzarella

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tbsp panko
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 small onion(s), cut into tiny cubes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 package of quiche and tart dough, fresh, not frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Simple and delicious

Knead the minced meat, egg, panko flour, onion, mustard, and seasonings into a smooth mixture. Cut the quiche dough into rounds and line the muffin tins with them. Divide the minced meat into the muffin tins. Cut the mozzarella into 12 pieces and place one piece on top of the minced meat in each muffin tin. Mix the second egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and milk into an egg mixture. Divide the egg mixture between the muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 35-40 minutes. The tartlets taste great both hot and cold. Enjoy!
