Mini tartlets with curd cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 125 g quark, 40% fat
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • n. B. Berries
  • n. B. Praline(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

for a 24-cup mini muffin tray

For the dough, knead the butter, egg, sugar, flour, and salt into a smooth dough. Roll the dough into 24 equal-sized balls and place them into the holes of a mini muffin tin. Using a dough cutter, form small bowls. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (fan assisted) for about 12 minutes on the middle rack. For the cream, mix the quark with the vanilla sugar until smooth. If you want it sweeter, you can add a little more powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark. Using a piping bag, pipe the cream into the cooled bowls. Decorate the tartlets with fresh berries or chocolates, if desired.
