Orange nougat tartlets

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 shortcrust pastry tartlets
  • 250 g quark 40%
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tsp hazelnut nougat
  • 2 tbsp, heaped hazelnut nougat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

fast, not too sweet, fruity

Place the 2 heaped tablespoons of nut nougat, which will later be cut into pieces, in the refrigerator. Let the 2 teaspoons of nut nougat soften in a small pot that has been warmed on the stove. Place the quark in a bowl. Squeeze the orange and add it to the quark with the pulp. Mix everything until smooth. Stir the nougat from the pot into the quark mixture. Only stir enough to just combine. Streaks are welcome! Let the quark cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Cut the cooled nougat into pieces and mix into the quark. Divide the quark mixture among the tarts and serve. Tip: Easier to eat, since ready-made tartlets are always so difficult to cut, is a biscuit base made from a little butter and crumbled rusk with a tiny bit of sugar.
