Mini Vanilla Almond Donuts
The perfect mini vanilla almond donuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 130 g Flour
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 100 g Quark
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 Tl Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 10 tbsp Almond milk
- Ground vanilla pod
- Sugar
- Vanilla sugar
- Ground vanilla pod
Hints
- GLUTEN-FREE tested and found to be good, worked great with Rewe Frei von Flour 2. I replaced 1 tablespoon of oil with 1 tablespoon of roasted almond oil that gives it extra flavor.
The dough
- Mix the low-fat quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, oil, almonds and milk, then add the flour and baking powder and stir well. Also add a pinch of ground vanilla pod.
Baking
- I have a donut maker and had it in there for 10 minutes, turning it after 5 because I haven’t got the hang of the amount yet and otherwise they would turn different browns. They need 20 minutes in the oven at around 180 degrees
- Mix the sugars and the ground vanilla carefully over the hot donuts
