Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 80 g potato starch
  • 240 g wheat flour
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 4 drops flavoring (peppermint oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead the powdered sugar, butter, cornstarch, and flour into a dough. Form the dough into small balls and make a hollow in each one with a wooden spoon handle. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes, then let the cookies cool. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stir in the peppermint oil, and fill each cookie with a little of it. Let cool.
