Mint Curd
The perfect mint curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cream curd
- 200 g Turkish yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Shallot
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 0,5 Tl Mint in oil
- 0,25 Tl Tzatziki spice
- A little lime oil
- 2 Pinches Lime salt
- Chop the shallot and garlic very finely
- Mix the quark and yoghurt with a little oil, stir in the spices, shallot, mint and garlic
- Tastes very good with jacket potatoes, is also suitable as a dip with vegetables
