  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 200 g Turkish yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 0,5 Tl Mint in oil
  • 0,25 Tl Tzatziki spice
  • A little lime oil
  • 2 Pinches Lime salt
  1. Chop the shallot and garlic very finely
  2. Mix the quark and yoghurt with a little oil, stir in the spices, shallot, mint and garlic
  3. Tastes very good with jacket potatoes, is also suitable as a dip with vegetables
