Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 mango(s), ripe (sliced)
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- ½ cup mint
- 1 tbsp lime juice / lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious with fondue or grilled food
In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine the above ingredients, cover, and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Keeps well chilled, but keeps well until the next day! It also makes a great addition to a birthday buffet.
